Wedding Fruit Punch

I got this recipe from my great-aunt. Everyone always loves this punch because it's not overly sweet. This recipe can be halved for a smaller batch. I usually make up the whole recipe, keep half of it in the fridge without ginger ale, then add it to the punch with the ginger ale when needed. Show more

Yields: 50 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 4  cups sugar
  • 2  quarts water
  • 16  ounces  frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans  frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 (64 ounce) cans  pineapple juice
  • 72  ounces ginger ale

Directions

  1. Boil the sugar in the water until it is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the concentrates, stirring until mixed after each one.
  3. Stir in the pineapple juice.
  4. Chill for 2 hours, or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, add the ginger ale.
