Watermelon Punch

Serves: 10-12
Yields: 1 1/2 quarts
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 watermelon
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- mint leaf (to garnish)
Directions
- Scoop out the pulp of the watermelon and remove the seeds. Liquefy the pulp in an electric blender or force through a sieve. You should have 4 cups of juice. Combine with all the remaining ingredients but the mint and pour over ice into a punch bowl or serve from the watermelon shell. Garnish with the mint.
- NOTE: Rum or cognac may be added.
