Watermelon Ice

Very refreshing light summer treat. Something like sorbet. From the Waring Frozen Dessert Maker recipe book.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 2 3⁄4 cups  watermelon  puree
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2  tablespoons lemon juice
• 1  dash salt
• 1⁄2 cup milk

Directions

1. Blend chucks of watermelon to make 2 3/4 cup of puree.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, chill, and then process according to the ice cream maker directions.
