Watermelon Canapes

Ingredients
- 1 large watermelon
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup basil infused oil
- balsamic vinegar
Directions
- with a cookie cutter, cut out shapes with watermelon.
- cut out shapes in Mozzerella and put it on top of watermelon.
- slice tomato thin and put them on cheese.
- for basil infused oil blend olive oil and basil in food processor and drizzle over shapes.
- drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
