Watermelon Blueberry Salad Witha Hint of Heat

Cooling summer salad with ahint of smoky heat! I paired watermelon with blueberries poured a sweet spicy dreesing over chill till icy cold.

Ingredients

• Salad ingredients

• 6  cups  diced icy cold watermelon
• 1  pint fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
• 1⁄2 red onion, sliced thin then chopped
• 1⁄4 cup fresh herb (mint, basil, cilantro)
• 1  cup  crumbled feta (optional)

• dressing

• 1⁄2 cup lime juice
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1  tablespoon olive oil
• 1  teaspoon  minced chipotle chile in adobo
•  black pepper
•  salt, careful if using the feta

Directions

1. Mix dressing together very well.
2. Place salad ingredients together amd pour dressing over the salad. Serve well chilled.
