Watermelon Agua Fresca

  1. Puree half of the fruit in a blender with 1 cup of the water.
  2. Pour into a clear pitcher.
  3. Add the remaining fruit and water to the blender, along with the sugar and lime juice; puree.
  4. Combine with the juice in the pitcher.
  5. Stir in the reserved seeds.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice in clear glasses; garnish with lime.
