Water Chestnuts Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients
- 1⁄3-1⁄2 lb bacon
- 1 (6 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 25 toothpicks
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
Directions
- Wrap bacon around each water chestnut, put toothpick from one side to the other. Place in a oven proof baking dish, mix the sherry and soy sauce then brush on each bacon and water chestnut.
- Bake at 350°F 15 to 20 minutes.
