Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat sour cream
- up to 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1⁄2-1 tablespoon wasabi paste
- sea salt
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Place potatoes in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook until the potatoes are tender and then drain.
- Add sour cream, milk (add enough to make desired thickness), and wasabi paste to potatoes; mash well.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm until serving.
