Ingredients
- 4 -5 medium potatoes, washed and peeled
- salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon wasabi oil or 1 tablespoon wasabi paste or 1 tablespoon wasabi powder
Directions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender and drain.
- Whip potatoes with butter, sour cream, dash of salt and wasabi oil, paste, or powder.
