Wasabi Cream

Yields: 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons wasabi powder
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a paddle. Beat on high until mixture froms stiff peaks, about 5 minutes.
- Best served immediately but can be refrigerated until needed.
