Warren's Stuffed Bell Peppers

My take on that perrenial dish.

  1. Preheat Oven to 350°F.
  2. Clean peppers.
  3. Slice off tops and discard stems. Chop up top.
  4. Mix All loose ingredients in large bowl. Include chopped pepper.
  5. Load up peppers with meat mixture.
  6. Place in Dutch Oven. Cover with Sauce.
  7. Bake covered for one hour and 15 minutes.
