Warm Smoked Jalepeno Popper Dip

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup chopped scallion
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can corn
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons smoked paprika (NOT regular paprika)
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 2 jalapenos (or more if you like more heat)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, beadcrumbs (or more if you like the crunch)
Directions
- Mix the 1st 7 ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Cut jalepenos into rings and lay on top.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake at 400 for 20-25 minute.
- Serve with veggies or tortilla chips.
