  1. Heat oven to moderate (180°C).
  2. Grease a 20 cm round baking dish.
  3. Sift flower& baking powder.
  4. Add sugar to flour& mix.
  5. Beat egg and milk.
  6. Add egg mixture and the melted 3 tablespoons margarine to flour and blend gently (Do not overmix).
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Melt the honey and 3 Tablespoons margarine.
  9. Pour over hot baked cake and serve.
