Warm Dark Chocolate Ganache Glaze for Cake

Serves: 10-12

Yields: 1 frosted cake

Ingredients

  • 6  tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1  cup powdered sugar
  • 12 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder (dark chocolate)
  • 14 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 cup creamy peanut butter (optional)
  • 1  baked  cake (hot out of the oven, flavor of your choice, 13"x9-inch or smaller)

Directions

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients, stir in cocoa powder and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour over and spread on hot out of the oven baked cake (flavor of your choice).
  3. Enjoy!
