Warm Dark Chocolate Ganache Glaze for Cake

Yields: 1 frosted cake
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (dark chocolate)
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter (optional)
- 1 baked cake (hot out of the oven, flavor of your choice, 13"x9-inch or smaller)
Directions
- Combine all liquid ingredients, stir in cocoa powder and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour over and spread on hot out of the oven baked cake (flavor of your choice).
- Enjoy!
