Warm Chocolate Plunge

This should be served warm as a dip with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 23 cup light corn syrup
  • 12 cup  whipping cream
  • 8  baking chocolate squares

Directions

  1. Microwave corn syrup and cream in large bowl on High for 1.5 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Stir in chocolate (8 blocks) until completely melted.
  3. Serve warm.
  4. This makes 1.5 cups.
