  1. In a bowl combine anchovies, oil, mustard, garlic, honey and vinegar and heat over simmering water in a double boiler, stirring until anchovies are dissolved, about 20 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
