Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Sear celery, onion and beef in skillet over medium heat.
- Add dry mustard, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
