Walnut Quinoa Power Bars

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup almond butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups quinoa
- 1⁄2 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
Directions
- Combine honey, almond butter, cinnamon, and almond extract until well blended. Stir in walnuts and quinoa flakes until just combined.
- Press mixture into 8 inch pan, lined with foil. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Using foil, lift mixture from pan and cut into 8 bars.
