  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add milk and stir until blended.
  4. Mix together flour and next 3 ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Add to creamed mixture; beat on low until mixed.
  6. Stir in walnuts.
  7. Pour batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  8. To make topping, mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  9. Stir in walnuts.
  10. Sprinkle mixture over batter.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a pick comes out clean.
  12. Best served warm.
