Walnut-Cheddar Ball

  1. Stir the cheese, walnuts, mayonnaise, green onion, mustard and Worcestershire in a 1 ½ quart bowl until the ingredients are mixed.
  2. Mix the parley and paprika on a piece of wax paper.
  3. Shape cheese mixture into a ball, then roll into the parsley mixture to coat.
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Unwrap the cheese ball and place on a serving plate.
  6. Serve with the crackers.
