Wall Street Garlic Rolls

My husband used to be addicted to the garlic rolls from a local pizza parlor. When we moved an hour away, I had to come up with my own version to keep him happy. Whatever dough you choose to use can be varied. Some grocery stores and pizza parlors sell uncooked dough for $1-$2. I've also asked the bakery at our local Albertson's for a loaf of frozen french bread dough. They will sell it for the same price as the already baked ones. We use Buck Gardner brand Garlic Parmesan Seasoning which can be purchased online, but I'm sure there are other brands at the grocery store. Prep time includes time for dough to rise. Show more
