Waikiki Iced Tea

I think that this is officially the best cocktail that I have ever tasted! When I was in Hawaii a few months ago, a bartender at a luau made this for me. I asked him what it was, but he said he just made it up. He told me it was basically like a Long Island Iced Tea but a Hawaiian version, and that I could name it for him. I really wanted to think of something clever, but I figured why not just call it a Waikiki Iced Tea? So I did... Some things that makes this version unique is subbing the rum with coconut rum, and also the lemon and lime squeeze add really nice flavor, so don't leave them out! Lastly, this drink is so yummy and doesn't taste very strong-- but it is! Watch out! You'll be dancing the hula by the end of the night, for sure...! Show more
