Wagon Wheel Picnic Salad

From the back of the box of Tops brand wagon wheel pasta. Cooking time is pasta cooking time.

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 1  lb  wagon wheel macaroni
• 1⁄2 cup fresh spinach, julienned
• 6  tablespoons parmesan cheese
• 1⁄2 cup  lite  Italian dressing
• 3⁄4 cup tomatoes, diced
• 4  ounces  pepperoni, julienned
• 8  ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add pasta and mix well.
