Wagon Trail Dip

I don't remember where this recipe came from, although it's really popular at Super Bowl parties and the like. The horseradish gives it a nice zing to complement the sweet pork and beans. Show more

Yields: 1 1/2 Cups

  1. Combine pork and beans, cheese, worcestershire sauce and horseradish into medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place half bean mixture in blender container.
  5. Quickly turn blender on and off twice to coarsely chop beans.
  6. Place in serving bowl.
  7. Repeat with remaining bean mixture.
  8. Add onions and chiles.
  9. Stir to blend.
  10. Serve warm with corn chips.
