- Take the butter, eggs, and milk out of the refrigerator.
- Start warming up the waffle iron.
- Start melting the butter in a small pot.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the milk to the melted butter and continue heating.
- Break the eggs and put the liquids into a medium bowl (whites and yolks).
- Mix the eggs.
- Add the warm milk and melted butter to the eggs and mix in.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend lightly.
- Cook in waffle iron (three ladles of batter per waffle for mine).
