Waffles

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 3  teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1⁄2 cups milk
• 2  tablespoons butter
• 1  egg

Directions

1. beat egg white stiff.
2. sift dry ingredients.
3. mix butter milk and yolk.
4. add to dry ingredients.
5. fold in white.
6. cook on hot greased waffle iron.
