- Mix egg yolks and milk.
- Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and mix well.
- Add oil.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, and then fold gently into the batter.
- Ladle by 1/4 cup (approximate) into heated waffle iron, and cook until steam slows greatly (about 4 minutes).
