  1. Beat yolks.
  2. Stir in milk.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and stir into the yolk mixture.
  4. Stir in the melted butter.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
  6. Cook in a waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
