Waffle Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- vanilla ice cream
- chocolate syrup
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Beat egg yolks.
- Add milk blend into the flour mixture.
- Add butter and vanilla, beat well.
- Beat whites until stiff, fold into the cake.
- Pour about 1/4 Cup of the batter into a lightly oiled medium hot waffle iron.
- Bake 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with Ice cream and chocolate sauce.
- Makes 13 waffle cakes.
