Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 slender stalk carrot
- 1⁄2 stalk fo celery
- 1 green onion
- 1 thick slice white onion
- 1 slice yellow squash
- 1 slice red pepper
- 1⁄2 garlic clove
- 1 roma tomato
- 1⁄2 cup green cabbage
- 1⁄4 baked potato
- 1 knorrs tomatoes or 1 chicken bouillon
- 5 shakes spike seasoning
- 1⁄4 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 roma tomato
Directions
- add all ingred till you get to spikes. blend on high speed unitl steaming hot.
- turn off and add.
- brown rice and tomato.
- Blend on Variable #1 or #2 unitl tomato is chopped.
