Virtually Fat Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 6 bananas, very ripe
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Peel bananas and mush together in a bowl. Try to get consistency as smooth as possible.
- Mix in eggs, milk, applesauce, vanilla and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the next four ingredients, blending well.
- Add in walnuts if you would like.
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until bread is brown on top.
