Virginia Ham Salad

Directions

  1. Combine ham, celery, pickle relish, eggs, mayo and mustard; mix well. Chill.
  2. Cut tops from tomatoes; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
  3. Sprinkle inside of each tomato with 1/8 teaspoons salt, invert on paper towels; drain.
  4. Spoon ham salad into tomato shells.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves.
