Virgin Strawberry Colada

Searching on RecipeZaar for a Strawberry Colada recipe, I was surprised to only find 4 and none were what I was looking for.

Ingredients

• 7  ripe strawberries
• 5  ounces  pineapple juice
• 1 1⁄2 ounces coconut cream
• 1  cup  crushed  ice

Directions

1. Combine the strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice in a blender, and blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass, garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge, and serve.
