Virgin Chocolate Cherry Mocktail

This was one of my favourite non-alcoholic cocktails at Maloney's Cocktail bar. Always good for a hot summers day.

• Yields: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2  scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1⁄4 cup  glace cherries, chopped
• 3  tablespoons  chocolate syrup (Hershey's is good)

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a blender. BLITZ until all is mixed.
2. Best served in old ice cream Sundae glasses with straw and spoon.
