Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons orange juice or 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Mix Vinegar, Juice, salt, pepper together. Add Oil and whisk till blended.
- Pour over your favorite salad.
