Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon tarragon leaf
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together until completely blended and serve.
- This will make 32 servings, 2 T each.
