Vinaigrette Dressing

A delicious Italian dressing from my mother-in-law.

• Serves: 32

Ingredients

• 1  cup white wine
• 1  cup olive oil
• 1  cup  salad oil
• 1  cup  balsamic vinegar
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1  tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1  teaspoon tarragon leaf
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1  teaspoon basil
•  salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together until completely blended and serve.
2. This will make 32 servings, 2 T each.
