Vikki's Cheeseburger Pockets

Ingredients
- 2 (11 ounce) cans biscuits
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese, shreds
Directions
- separate biscuits and roll out slightly and wet edges with water.
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- add onions and chili sauce ans seasoning.
- add spoonfuls of beef mixture on top of biscuit.
- add cheese.
- press another biscuit over top and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Bake on 400 for 15 minutes.
