Vietnamese-Style Mayonnaise (For Banh Mi)

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vietnamese fish sauce (nuoc nam)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a nonreactive bowl and stir to blend. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
