Vietnam Fried Rice

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4  tablespoons  oil
  • 14-12 lb  cooked  meat (I even use leftover ground meat if I have it.) or 14-12 lb  raw  meat, cut into thin strips. (I even use leftover ground meat if I have it.)
  • 3  garlic cloves, minced
  • 1  large onion, chopped
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 1  teaspoon pepper
  • 1  teaspoon sugar
  • 1  tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3  cups cooked rice
  • 1  cup  leftover  vegetables (peas, green beans, carrots, etc.) or 1  cup  frozen vegetables (peas, green beans, carrots, etc.)
  • 2  eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add meat, garlic, onion, and seasonings. Stir fry 1 -2 minutes until meat is tender and hot.
  2. Add cooked rice. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables. Stir well into mixture and fry until heated through.
  4. Just before serving, add eggs. Stir carefully until eggs are cooked. Serve hot.
