Viennese Coffee Mix

Ingredients

  • 14 cup sugar
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 teaspoon  almond extract (optional)
  • 34 cup instant coffee powder
  • 12 cup  non-dairy coffee creamer
  • 12 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1  teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle with extracts and stir with a fork until no trace of moisture remains.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend thorougly.
  3. Store in an air-tight container.
  4. Use 2-3 tsp mix per cup of boiling water.
