Vidalia Three Bean Salad with Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 cups canned red kidney beans, washed
- 1 cup green beans, cooked and in one inch pieces
- 1 cup yellow beans, cooked and in one inch pieces
- 1 medium vidalia onion, sliced thin and halved
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard
Directions
- Place vegetables in a serving dish.
- Add dressing and toss.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
