Vidalia Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped vidalia onions
- 2 cups grated gruyere cheese (or Swiss)
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread evenly in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
