- 4 ounces vidalia onions, vinegarette
- 3 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup rice
- 2 ounces half-and-half
Directions
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- cook chicken is skillet with olive oil.
- cook rice while chicken is cooking.
- When chicken is done cooking add vadalia onion vinegarette.
- Add half and half.
