Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup  chopped parsley
• 1⁄2 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄4 cup  balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 2  teaspoons  minced garlic
• 3  tablespoons olive oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1  tablespoon liquid smoke
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

1. put all ingredients in medium bowl whisk well till blended.
2. in plastic bag add marinade and 4 pork chops 1'' or thicker marinade for 5 -12 hours in refridgerater.
