Victoria's Freestyle Cookies

This recipe was developed for a class project. They are delicious, and hope you enjoy them too!

Yields: 18-24 cookies

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients using mixer on low speed.
  3. Drop dough onto non-stick cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until toasted brown around the edges.
  5. Remove cookie sheets from oven and immediately place cookies on newspaper (the newspaper absorbs any extra grease and easily cleans up by tossing into the garbage).
  6. Enjoy warm cookies with a tall glass of milk.
