Victoria's Freestyle Cookies

Yields: 18-24 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup m&m candy
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients using mixer on low speed.
- Drop dough onto non-stick cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until toasted brown around the edges.
- Remove cookie sheets from oven and immediately place cookies on newspaper (the newspaper absorbs any extra grease and easily cleans up by tossing into the garbage).
- Enjoy warm cookies with a tall glass of milk.
