Viagra Falls

OK, in honour of the theme in the Beverage Forum being Absinthe, this one is for Cheryl! (Don't ask where the name came from, I have no idea!!) From the Absinthe website.

• Ready In: 5 mins
• Yields: 2 small martini glasses

Ingredients

• 2  ounces absinthe
• 2  ounces apple brandy
• 1  ounce  orange bitters
• 1  orange

Directions

1. Shake the absinthe, apple brandy and orange bitters with ice, then strain into a traditional martini cocktail glass.
2. Heat a large ring of orange peel over an open flame until the oil of orange is released, then allow the oil to drip into the glass.
3. Garnish with a ring of orange peel for a great show!
