Versatile Peanut-Ginger-Honey Dressing

Directions

  1. Blend together all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Slowly incorporate olive oil until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. If the dressing is too thick for your taste, feel free to add additional oil or additional liquid ingredients. I sometimes find myself adding a bit of extra soy sauce.
  3. Serve with your favorite cold pasta or noodle salad.
