Veronica's Chicken in Cream Sauce

A quick and easy chicken breast recipe with FLAIR!!! DH loved it so I know it's a keeper.

Directions

  1. Combine the first four ingredients and rub over both sides of chicken breasts.
  2. In a large skillet, brown both sides of chicken.
  3. Drain oil and fat and return chicken to SKILLET.
  4. In separate bowl, add the soup, wine and water.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour soup mixture over chicken breasts, and bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
  8. Thicken sauce if desired.
  9. Serve with Veronica's Potato Chip Potatoes.
