Vermont Maple Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups mashed cooked pumpkin or 15 ounces canned pumpkin
- 3⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ginger
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked frozen pie shell (or your favorite)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Beat or blend all ingredients (except pie shell!) thoroughly and pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until just firm in the center.
