Vermont Heirloom Drop Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄4 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 cups quick oatmeal
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup nuts
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream the margarine, Sugar and eggs, Milk and Vanilla
- Add the dry ingredients mixing until well blended.
- Drop onto a greased cookie sheet 1 TBS is good.
- Bake at 375 until golden brown. Cookies will be lumpy and not flat. Will harden when cooled.
