Vermont Heirloom Drop Cookies

This is a old heirloom drop cookie recipe which came from my mother. I am sure it was handed down from her Polish mother in Michigan. I grew up with these cookie and they were a staple in my school lunch bags. You can change up most of the chips./ nuts as you please. It is a hearty cookie that your family will love. Show more

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream the margarine, Sugar and eggs, Milk and Vanilla
  3. Add the dry ingredients mixing until well blended.
  4. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet 1 TBS is good.
  5. Bake at 375 until golden brown. Cookies will be lumpy and not flat. Will harden when cooled.
